In-App calling is now working as expected. A fix has been implemented by our provider and we are continuing to monitor performance.

Customers may be unable to make or receive calls using In-App calls (VoIP). We recommend using call forwarding over your carrier network while we investigate this issue. Please reach out to support at support@burnerapp.com with any questions.
